Debbie Young

Debbie is driven by her desire to help every nonprofit client progress to a higher level of digital fundraising and online reach. Her specialty is in helping nonprofits use technology tools to achieve fundraising and marketing success.

At Newport ONE, Debbie has been a team leader providing online consultation and strategic implementation across a wide variety of clients. Debbie’s involvement with our clients is tailored to each client’s needs and ranges from campaign implementation, email list growth, and digital advertising to web audits and system evaluations. In addition to working with over a dozen of our humane society and animal care clients like Connecticut Humane Society, Hawaiian Humane Society, Rescue Village, and Chimp Haven, she has helped historical associations, conservation and human service clients like The White House Historical Association, American Battlefield Trust, California State Parks, and Crossroads Rhode Island. Being part of the effort to help the Treasure Coast Food Bank and the Houston SPCA fundraise through times of disaster relief has been a rewarding experience. Among her many achievements, Debbie started the digital program at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, developing a comprehensive program that included email marketing, online fundraising, and e-commerce.

When Debbie isn’t helping clients, she can be found running or helping coach local high school track & field athletes. Debbie lives in Maryland with her husband, two sons and their adopted lab.
